1. What ScanFlyGo is

ScanFlyGo is a metasearch and information service. We compare travel prices and show live flight data, then refer you to third-party booking sites. We are not a travel agency, airline, or booking platform. We never sell tickets, take payments, or hold bookings.

2. Prices and availability

Flight prices come from cached market data (fares found by other users in the last ~48 hours) and are estimates. The final price, availability, fare rules, baggage allowance and aircraft type are always confirmed by the booking partner at checkout. We are not responsible for price differences, sold-out fares, schedule changes, or errors in third-party data.

3. Live flight tracker

Aircraft positions come from community-run ADS-B networks and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Coverage is incomplete, data may be delayed or inaccurate, and it must not be used for navigation, safety-of-life, or operational decisions.

4. Affiliate disclosure

Booking links on this site are affiliate links (Travelpayouts network). If you complete a booking after clicking one, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This never affects the prices you see.

5. Bookings are with partners

Any booking you make is a contract between you and the relevant travel provider (airline, agency, hotel, car-rental company). Their terms apply. Complaints about a booking — refunds, cancellations, changes — must be addressed to the provider you booked with.

6. Acceptable use

Don't scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the site; don't use it for unlawful purposes; don't reproduce its content commercially without permission.

7. Liability

The site is provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on the information displayed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece; EU consumers retain any mandatory protections of their country of residence.
